After her mother’s death, Soriya returns to Cambodia to find herself, finding a family she never knew and an old building full of dark secrets. There were scenes that were okay. The cinematography, acting and props were good, but it lacked a sense of excitement for me, at least for me and the people in the theater watching with me. It was a bit boring for a horror movie. Further events and the ending were predictable and not unexpected. It ran for over 1 hour but I found it too short and unsatisfying. And is it just me, or was what really happened to her mother not explained well? I don’t know what she did to make the people of the building angry with her. What happened back then that caused things like this to happen today? Has there always been a curse on the building? Who was the first old lady in a rocking chair? Who is really metta? Crazy.
